Shelter House

Shelter House is seeking a Kennedy Shelter Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for single clients at the Kennedy emergency shelter. The role focuses on housing stability through trauma-informed care, housing first and harm reduction. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing service plans, coordinating services, and maintaining records while supporting clients in securing housing and benefits.
