Campaign Associate

Coordinate phone, text, and voter contact programs for political and advocacy clients Manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously within fast-paced production timelines Track project progress, approvals, and deliverables using internal systems and tools Write, edit, and proofread scripts for calls, texts, and voter outreach programs Communicate directly with clients regarding updates, approvals, and campaign execution Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects launch accurately and on schedule Requirements: Experience managing projects within campaigns, agencies, consulting, or client services environments Strong organizational skills handling multiple deadlines and competing project priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional client-facing environments Detail-oriented mindset with strong proofreading and quality control abilities Proficiency using Microsoft Office and project management or CRM platforms preferred Grassroots voter contact, political campaign, or conservative organization experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
