Pest Control Technician Duties Inspecting and treating properties while educating clients on preventative measures. Demonstrating teamwork and customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with team members and customers. Setting clear expectations every time. Upholding high service standards on all accounts. Taking initiative to seek additional training and responsibility, going beyond regular duties. Suggesting and selling services effectively through teamwork and open communication to meet customer needs. Engaging in independent learning and collaborative growth through team meetings and training sessions. Showing a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours. Operating company vehicles with adherence to safety standards and traffic laws. Requirements Experience Requirements : History of public‑facing roles requiring adaptive communication and comfort with technology. Physical Requirements : Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; work around insects and rodents; pass a respirator fit test; maintain professionally kept facial hair.
