Job Details:

• Title: CVOR Registered Nurse
• Location: Webster, TX
• Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Regular Weekends
• Shifts: 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week OR 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Call: 1 weekend/month + 3–4 weekdays/month
• Pay: $42.00 - $65.00/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
• On-Call Pay: $5.00/hour
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case

-> Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict aseptic technique and sterile field during cardiovascular procedures.
• Prepare patients and surgical sites according to the procedure being performed.
• Assess patients prior to surgery and ensure appropriate preparation for the procedure.
• Participate in surgical time-outs with the entire perioperative team.
• Provide high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
• Serve as a clinical resource to the Surgical Services team.
• Promote a positive image of nursing and support patient-centered care.

-> Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• • Compact license holders must obtain a Texas RN license within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required .
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the facility.
