As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our homebound patients. This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.
- Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
- Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off

- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
