TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Highlands, North Carolina, 28741!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI Preferred Must-Have: Care of Geriatric or past inpatient rehabilitation experience. Experience with swing bed patients. Advanced wound care skills required. Description: Variable shifts available in an acute care environment. The unit has 24 beds with patient ratios of 6-7:1. No unit secretaries, technicians, or extra RNs available when no tech is present. Standard Medical/Surgical equipment is utilized. Documentation is performed using the Cerner system. Scheduling requirements include three 12-hour shifts per week. Floating policy is rare. Expectations for patient experience include providing concierge service for an affluent community. The work culture emphasizes excellent teamwork and collaboration. Vacancies exist due to recruitment challenges in the region, not due to unit disarray.
