Endocrinologists focus on hormonal disorders and metabolic issues, including diabetes and thyroid diseases. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and managing hormonal disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patients' progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship
• Board certification in endocrinology
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting lab results
• Excellent communication and counseling abilities
