Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in an acute care hospital setting and be able to work day shifts with alternating weekends.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Alternating weekends required

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members, and actively participating in patient education. This includes but is not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Documenting patient care and progress accurately
• Participating in care planning and implementation
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel to various locations within the region. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to different hospital environments.
