Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as the Staff Development Coordinator (RN). Develop, coordinate, and lead training and in-service education programs for staff. Promote culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain accurate records of all training activities and certifications. Conduct competency assessments and provide remedial training as needed. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What You Need Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a salaried/exempt position.
