We are looking for a Senior Project Estimator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join the project estimating team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing and managing cost estimates for various projects, focusing on accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.

You are an experienced Estimator, and you will support the digital transformation of the Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The focus is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI.

Location: Onsite at Juno Beach, FL 33408

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements for the development team.
• Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all estimating activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project estimating, with a focus on conceptual engineering and project design.
• Experience in utility-scale energy projects, including renewable energy, power generation, and transmission infrastructure.
• Proficiency in value engineering principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working between business and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and interest in technology, data, and AI.
• Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management is helpful. xhyhwjd

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $91.00/hr. to $96.00/hr.
