Job Title: 1st Shift Poncho Line Associate
Location: Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay: $15.00/hour

Summary:

• Run production line to attach hoods to ponchos
• Sort, scan, and prepare customer orders using handheld technology
• Inspect products to ensure quality before shipment

Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment to attach hoods to ponchos efficiently
• Select and package products for shipment based on customer orders
• Inspect products for damage or defects prior to shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Work Experience: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience

• Additional Qualifications:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Ability to stand for extended periods
o Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
