We're seeking a strategic and people-focused Director to lead Therapy Operations Managers and their teams across multiple Rare Disease Center of Excellence programs. This highly visible role combines operational leadership, manufacturer and provider partnerships, team development, and patient-centered program improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop 4–8 Therapy Operations Managers and their teams
• Oversee performance, productivity, quality, patient safety, and program scalability
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, providers, and health systems
• Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and operational escalations
• Establish KPIs and turn performance data into actionable improvements
• Strengthen SOPs, workflows, staffing models, and operational processes
• Partner with Clinical, Intake, Reimbursement, Quality, and Patient Services teams
• Present program updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

What You Bring

• PharmD or active RPh licensure
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or related master's xhyhwjd preferred
• 3–8 years of progressive specialty pharmacy or complex therapy leadership
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams
• Knowledge of rare disease workflows, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
• Strong manufacturer-facing, client-management, and executive presentation skills
• CareTend, CPR+, or SPRx experience preferred
