Job Summary:
An Interventional Radiology Technician position is available in High Point, North Carolina. The role involves scrubbing and assisting in various interventional procedures within the specialized department of the healthcare provider. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details:

• Location: High Point, North Carolina
• Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts (07:00 AM 05:30 PM) or 5 eight-hour shifts (08:00 AM 04:30 PM) every 4 to 6 weeks
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography) or RCIS (Registered Cardiac Interventional Specialist) certifications, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and current licensure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Census: average of 15 patients per day
  • No trauma designation
  • Orientation includes NEO (New Employee Orientation), with at least 2 days in the department
  • No weekend rotation, except for on-call duties
  • On-call schedule consists of 3-4 days per month, with weekend on-call every 5th-6th weekend from Friday end of shift until Monday at 8:00 AM
  • RTO (Reasonable Time Off) approvals must be approved through the manager
  • Scrub color is black, provided by the hospital
  • Parking is free
