Overview
Occupational Therapist, General — Clearlake, California. Travel assignment begins 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $2,443–$2,505. Shift: Day shift, 5x8 schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). Setting: Critical Access Hospital with outpatient focus and some acute inpatient coverage.

- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 5x8, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Start date: 09/14/2026
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital; primarily outpatient with some inpatient coverage Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for general OT needs
- Design and implement therapy programs focusing on activities of daily living, motor skills, and cognitive function
- Provide outpatient therapy with occasional inpatient coverage; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document assessments, progress notes, goals, and discharge planning in the chart
- Educate patients and families on home programs and safety; coordinate referrals and transitions of care Requirements
- California licensed Occupational Therapist
- Current BLS certification
- At least two years of recent experience in occupational therapy
- Ability to work in outpatient setting with occasional inpatient coverage
