Client Service Manager-Tampa, FL

The Client Service Manager is responsible person-in-charge, expected to be knowledgeable, accountable,responsible, answerable, and adaptable. Responsible for revenue generation and execution of work. Day-to-day job functions include: Roles and responsibilities for Client Service, Testing Operations, andRepresentation of PRI. Duties: Interface with clients and oversee workflow Issue Confirmation of Quotation Manage MaterialReceipt Issue Work Request Oversee Project Management Review Data, and issue Reports Responsible for invoicing clients for work completed. Duties also include management of personnel andtesting equipment. Education/Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 yrs of relatedexperience.
