Your role at Vantive The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers. Deliveries include providing dialysis solution, rotating stock, ensuring order accuracy, and occasional pick-up and return of orders. Schedule 4‑day work week (5am-3pm or 6am-4pm), 1–2 overnight assignments per week (hotel and meal per diem provided). Weekends off. The role is physically demanding, with deliveries sometimes exceeding 45 cases per trip, in both urban and rural areas. Qualifications Minimum age 21 years High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement Medical card in good standing Minimum of 1 year driving comparable commercial equipment; inside delivery experience preferred Maintain driver Hours of Service log using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Pass Industrial Capabilities Test Drive multiple day routes that include overnight travel Operate material handling equipment (lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walkie riders, stair‑climbers) Effective verbal and written communication; strong teamwork skills Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Vantive and DOT Adequate color vision to identify product labels Physical Environment Distribution center, tractor‑trailer, patient homes, and dialysis centers Repetitive lifting and moving of cases up to 50 pounds Frequent vehicle entry and exit, bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, grasping, climbing, and balancing Occasional kneeling, squatting, and wrist turning Work in extreme cold and/or heat Compensation Estimated base salary ranges from $51,200 to $70,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on market, location, skills, experience, and other factors.
