Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator

NEXGEN Roofing in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Estimator – Commercial Roofing to lead the estimating process for commercial projects. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, prepare bids, and analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs.
You will coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors; mentor junior estimators; and help refine estimating standards and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy.
