The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations. • Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service. • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team. • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. • Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
