You'll work with students at school locations in Winchester, VA, beginning July 27th, 2026, and concluding May 28th, 2027. With a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, you'll have the chance to form ongoing connections with students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current VA SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and monitor progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on speech/language needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
