Join our collaborative team to help shape the future of high-speed optical connectivity.## Position OverviewWe are seeking a mid-senior level Embedded Firmware Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in networking and semiconductor domains, ideally with an optical background. The successful candidate will have hands-on development and design experience on 32-bit microcontrollers, preferably with ARM-based architectures, and will contribute to the creation and delivery of advanced embedded solutions.## Responsibilities* Independently drive firmware design, development, and feature delivery for high-performance networking and optical semiconductor products* Develop and maintain device drivers, real-time operating systems (RTOS) integration, and communication protocol implementations* Design, code, test, and debug embedded firmware primarily in C for ARM-based controllers* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, DSP, and software engineers* Manage, configure, and optimize build environments and makefiles* Contribute to design reviews, feature definition, and product delivery schedules## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field* 10-12 years of experience developing embedded firmware on 32-bit microcontrollers, preferably ARM architecture* Strong knowledge of C programming, RTOS, device driver development, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet)* Experience in networking and semiconductor industries, ideally with exposure to optical technologies* Solid understanding of DSP concepts and implementations* Good knowledge of build environments and makefile management* Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks, drive designs, and deliver features* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills## Why Join Lumilens?* Work at the forefront of AI, networking, and optical semiconductor technology* Collaborative and innovative environment* Opportunities for career growth* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageLumilens is an equal opportunity employer.
