Advanced Practice Provider (Dermatology) – West Coast Florida Expansion

A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice headquartered in Michigan is expanding its footprint into Florida and seeking experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join its new locations.

Florida Locations & Needs

• Tampa – 2 positions available

• Sarasota – 1 position

• Fort Myers – 1 position

• Naples – 1 position

• Marco Island – TBD

Start Dates

• Tampa, Sarasota, Marco Island – Anticipated opening: September 2025

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4-day workweek (flexible)

• Compensation:

  • $120,000 – $130,000 base salary

  • Productivity bonuses (20% of collections, varies by location and experience)

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dermatology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required)

• Ability to practice autonomously in a high-volume clinical setting

• Comfortable with medical dermatology; cosmetic experience preferred

• Surgical dermatology skills are a plus
