Project Location – Texas Panhandle Competitive pay package and per diem (7 days/week) Structured 50-hour work week We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the Project Commissioning Team through the startup, testing, and commissioning of building systems and equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring construction aligns with design intent and contract documents. You will assist with documentation control, status reporting, database management, and commissioning records while supporting training coordination for project teams. Strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills are essential. What you’ll do: Support commissioning documentation, file management, and reporting Maintain commissioning databases and tracking logs Assist with Bluebeam/Adobe Pro documentation workflows Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with commissioning requirements Interpret construction documents and technical manuals What we’re looking for: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience in office administration within construction or technical environments Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project tools (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.) Familiarity with commissioning systems and construction documentation Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work in fast-paced, field-driven environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
