As a Service Technician, every call is a chance to solve a problem, build trust, and represent a company that's been setting the standard in commercial kitchen service since 1976.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hands-On Service: Perform service and repair work commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador on every call. Truck Profitability: Own truck profitability. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong CSAT scores. Work Order Completion: Own call-to-closed completion of work orders.WHAT YOU BRING
1–5+ years working on ovens, fryers, walk-ins, ice machines, etc. – experience on hot and cold side a plus EPA certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work overtime and on call as needed. Strong technical and electrical aptitude. Hand tools and a can-do attitude.
