Fire Alarm Design Manager

To be considered, applicant must be experienced in the design of automatic fire sprinkler systems to include site-survey, field routing of piping, drafting, hydraulic calculations, AHJ submittals, and material listing. Applicant must be proficient with AutoCad, HydraCad, or AutoSprink programs. Job Responsibilities: Design fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial applications. Assist management with oversight, training, and mentoring of design staff. Provide technical assistance for multiple projects during bidding, design, permitting, and construction. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel. Job Qualifications: Three years’ experience in fire sprinkler design NICET Level II or higher certification Must be familiar with NFPA standards and FM Global guidelines. Technical understanding of fire sprinkler design including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoSPRINK and MS Office programs Texas RME-G license a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
