Position Purpose Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere, host members, and serve as the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff. Responsibilities Passionate about creating an elevated member experience through friendly, approachable service. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff for kids club, front desk, and janitorial roles. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to all team members. Provide constructive feedback on performance using specific language. Address member concerns, manage membership inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards. Monitor and order inventory of fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products. Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety and well‑being. Qualifications 2-3 years of operations management experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3-4 years of customer service experience. Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels. Strong detail orientation, systematic problem‑solving approach, and good time management. Excellent MS Office skills. Aligns with our Core Values. Requirements Must successfully pass background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Must be intimately knowledgeable of company policies and SOPs. Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and the public. Ability to access and operate company computer systems for documents, data entry, and reports. Ability to bend routine, repeatedly lift more than 40 lbs.
