Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at The Luxury Collection Walnut Creek in Walnut Creek, CA. This role involves greeting and engaging clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable vehicle options with detailed product knowledge. The Sales Representative manages the sales process from initial contact through test drives, financing or leasing discussions, and delivery, ensuring a high-quality, luxury-level experience at every step. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate CRM records, following up with leads, coordinating with finance and service teams, and staying current on brand updates, features, and pricing. The role also includes participating in dealership events, building long-term relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in luxury or high-end sales, with strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, professional presentation abilities. Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering a personalized, respectful, and high-touch client experience. Comfort working with CRM systems, basic office software, and digital tools for lead management and sales documentation. Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge for multiple luxury automotive brands. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in automotive sales, luxury goods, or hospitality is highly beneficial. Willingness to work standard dealership hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to safely operate high-performance vehicles.
