ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and weve since grown to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a businessan organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community.

Were deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-A-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers. Giving back isnt something we do occasionallyits woven into who we are.

Inside the office, we work hard and have fun doing it. Our break room is always stocked with a wide variety of snacks and drinks (a fan favorite among the team). We host quarterly outings and fun team events throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Will Rentschler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
