Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this individual will serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Order Management and the broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes spanning customer onboarding, order entry, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, collections, and cash application. This role will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, and IT teams to optimize business processes, improve system capabilities, and deliver strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. Experience with EDI integrations and Kinaxis planning solutions is highly desirable.This position will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process ExcellenceServe as a functional analyst for Oracle Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.Analyze, document, and implement enhancements for the end-to-end O2C business processes.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable Oracle solutions.Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across global business operations.Oracle Order Management LeadershipSupport and enhance Oracle EBS Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Pricing, Advanced Pricing, Accounts Receivable, and related modules.Configure and maintain Order Management setups including:Order TypesHoldsWorkflowPricing Rules and ModifiersShipping ParametersCustomer HierarchiesCredit ManagementTroubleshoot complex production issues impacting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Evaluate Oracle functionality and recommend improvements to support evolving business requirements.Order-to-Cash Process OwnershipCoordinate initiatives across the complete O2C lifecycle including:Customer Master DataCustomer PricingQuote-to-OrderOrder ManagementATP/CTPFulfillmentShippingInvoicingAccounts Receivable IntegrationReturns and RMAsCash ApplicationCollaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliation.EDI & Systems IntegrationSupport EDI transactions and trading partner TestingCoordinate deployment activities and end-user training.Ensure adequate documentation exists for support and compliance requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of Oracle EBS Business Analyst experience.5+ years of hands-on Oracle Order Management experience.Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.Experience supporting high-volume order management and customer fulfillment operations.Strong knowledge of:Oracle Order Management (OM)Advanced PricingShipping ExecutionInventoryAccounts ReceivableCustomer Master DataExperience creating functional specifications and managing business requirements.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with EDI transaction processing and integration platforms.Experience supporting Oracle XML Gateway, SOA, APIs integrations.Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Kinaxis Maestro.Understanding of supply chain
