Strategic Communications Coordinator

Overview The Strategic Communications Coordinator (SCC) advances Cinnaire’s strategic communications plan through high-quality content production, digital communications, brand-aligned materials, and coordinated marketing deliverables. The SCC plays a hands-on role in translating communications priorities into clear, engaging resources across print, digital, web, media, social, and event channels. This position manages multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while helping ensure Cinnaire’s messaging, visual identity, and stakeholder communications are consistent, timely, and effective. Responsibilities Serve as Strategic Communications (SC) liaison across business lines to ensure SC communications objectives are supported. Manage the functionality and coordination of Communications projects and activities. Using InDesign templates, produce print and digital ads, signage, one pagers, PowerPoint presentations and case studies. Manage inventory of collateral material, tradeshow assets and marketing materials for conferences and events. Manage updates to Cinnaire's website. Develop internal and external surveys. Produce newsletters, announcements and events invitations. Maintain Cinnaire’s media distribution platform and distribute press releases; track and report media coverage. Draft project case studies and staff profiles. Curate Marketing Resources library to ensure marketing materials are updated and accessible. Create social media posts and images to support Cinnaire’s social media plan. Track monthly and year-over-year marketing KPIs for the department dashboard. Collaborate with SCSVP on coordinating and facilitating events including receptions, grand openings, groundbreakings and resident events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, graphic design, public relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, portfolio, and relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of two years’ working experience in marketing or graphic design development. Strong editorial and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint as well as WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey. Demonstrable experience in coordinating integrated marketing deliverables, such as collateral material, digital announcements and press releases. Working knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools. Analysis to Synthesis: Interprets data and information from multiple sources and translates it into coherent messages that inform decisions.
