Workers Compensation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Participate in litigation by preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
• Advocate effectively for clients while collaborating within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and court appearances in workers' compensation matters.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
