The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You will Do: Working at a Florida based A&D Industry OEM Supplier, your primary work will involve the Visual and Dimensional inspection of First Articles (FAI) and capturing gage data for use of others in the process. Review/offer gaging related suggestions/support to those performing inspection plans/layouts (elements of PPAP MSA / MRL processes. Spot, notify gaging issues encountered. Help resolve. Spot, segregate, and document Non-Conforming Material when encountered. Interact w/ multiple computer systems / software. Collaboratively engage daily with your Project / Team leader, Peers, and Customer. Help Quest Global grow while you learn and develop your career. What You Will Bring: Experience AS-Technical Degree - preferred Minimum 5+ years relevant experience to role Alternate: 8+ years relevant experience to role with no / non-tech degree Other Technical Certifications (DQR, CQT, CQE – noteworthy) Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Attributes: Reading and applying Blueprints / GD&T / Other Quality Requirements to task Performing Manual "Bench Top" Inspection / Use of other Manual Gages Use of CMM equipment Reviewing, comprehending, and compiling technical data Involvement with First Article Inspection Reviews (AS 9102-Rev C FAIR) Entering technical data into forms and systems / retrieving data accurately. Prior roles w/ reporting responsibilities, requirements, metrics. Prior demonstrated ability to focus on semi-recurring tasks Operating in procedure based and regulatory controlled environments Desired Skills / Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized Ability to work in self-directed environment and part of a global team Maintain integrity & ethics in all situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00/Hr + potential OT offered. Temporary (6 month) Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. This is a no-benefits position. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in New Port Richey, FL. USA You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor/Distribution site environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking/standing, and ability to lift 40 lbs. at times.
