NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Experience 1+ years HVAC technician experience is essential. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Skills Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers. Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
