Minimum Qualifications


1) A minimum of three (3) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying business analysis principles, methods, techniques, and tools to IT projects.


2) A minimum of three (3) years' experience in determining and documenting user requirements.


3) A minimum of three (3) years' experience and proficiency with MS Office software.


4) A minimum of three (3) years' experience providing schedule management assistance in support of schedule development, planning and management.


5) Experience in reviewing and analyzing information, reports, systems, processes (business and data) and operation procedures.


6) Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project issues and risks.


7) Experience providing support and assistance in the tracking of project meeting notes, decisions, and related documentation.


8) Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.


Desired Qualification


1) A minimum of one (1) year agile project experience in supporting the creation and maintenance of the following:
• Project schedule
• User Stories
• Conducting scrum ceremonies


Tasks & Responsibilities:


Provide support and capacity for the project manager, add capacity to the project team and help coordinate and facilitate communication between project management teams and the vendor/operators. Assist in escalating issues for resolution as appropriate.


Provide general support to the management team, leadership team, and the vendor to help provide capacity and facilitate quick turnarounds for key deliverables and deadlines.


Evaluate business processes, requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.


Perform reviews of business processes and strategies.


Attend meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.


Document and communicate decisions and action items from meetings.


Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.


Work closely with clients, technical staff, and managerial staff.


Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.


Participate in user acceptance testing.


Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.


Review deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.


Provide weekly reports and updates on tasks to project leadership as needed.
