Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $110,000+ (Base + Commission)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing B2B sales team. In this role, you'll drive new business growth by prospecting and developing relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.

You'll be selling a suite of business solutions including:

• Payroll Services
• Time & Attendance Solutions
• HR Services
• Insurance Products
• Other Business Services

This is a highly visible, relationship-focused sales role that works directly with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, presentations, and demos
• Prospect and cold call small-to-medium-sized businesses
• Generate new business through networking and referrals
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Close new business opportunities and achieve sales goals
• Stay current on products, services, and pricing
• Maintain accurate activity records within the CRM

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• High-volume prospecting and cold-calling experience
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close business
• Strong CRM and spreadsheet/software skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission Potential
• $90,000 - $110,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings
