Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic individual, group, and family counseling sessions to clients coping with various mental health conditions, trauma responses, and everyday life challenges.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services alongside therapeutic support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress and require immediate attention.

• Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources such as housing assistance programs, healthcare options, and financial aid to alleviate barriers to their well-being.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare experts to ensure an integrated approach to client care, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
