Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Front Office Representative in our Naples, Florida office. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, highly organized, and excited to be part of a growing agency environment. Insurance experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and customer service mindset.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play an important role in creating a strong first impression for clients and visitors. You will greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor while helping support the day-to-day administrative flow of the office.

This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, stay organized, communicate clearly, and contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Schedule appointments and help manage the office calendar
• Maintain organized files, records, and important documents
• Assist the team with administrative support, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Help maintain a polished, efficient, and welcoming front office environment
• Support agency operations and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements

• Current P&C and L&H License (or willing to obtain)
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and dependable mindset
• Prior receptionist or office support experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software
