What You'll Do As a Cook at The Bistro, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional meals that complement the charm of our vineyard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensuring that all meals meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Following recipes and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- A passion for cooking and a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
