Program Specialist (TMS Domain Manager)

Job Description

Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Serves as the primary TMS Domain Manager providing programming structure and support to all VA NYHHCS employee accounts.
• Coordinates projects for the development and implementation of training courses and/or course materials.
• Provides extensive planning and organization, analyses of accumulated data and information, performs regular audits and reporting to the NYH and VISN.
• Collaborate with internal and external keyholders to support education.
• Develops and documents policy and procedure for TMS Administrators.
• Responsible for managing TMS courses and content.
• Manages and tracks trainings and learning events align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develops and provides recommendations for actions and methods on procedural and policy matters related to course content in TMS.
• Collects and analyzes data to determine effective application of education and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the Education and Learning Department.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
