- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and building system (HVAC), fire suppression, security, communication, etc. skills substantiated by training/work experience
- Ability to manage compliance with environmental, health and saftey regulations
- Effective supervisory, communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Available to work irregular hours or a non-traditional schedule when required
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required
