Manager, Pro Digital Experience

This role is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and activation of digital products and capabilities among customers and store associates. The Manager will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Internal Communications, Product, Operations, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute communication, education, and engagement strategies that support successful product launches and sustained adoption. Using customer insights, associate feedback, and performance data, this role will identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and translate findings into clear business actions and improved digital experiences.
