Enviva is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation and regulatory compliance of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. The role partners with HR, Finance and leaders to align rewards with business objectives and the employee value proposition. The position requires 10+ years in compensation/benefits with 5+ years leadership, strong global compliance, and proficiency with HRIS/Payroll systems.
