Field Event Sales Representative

DESCRIPTION Summary: As a Field Event Sales Representative you will need to be capable of working independently to market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers and owners. To be successful in this position you need to be highly motivated, exceptionally confident, a self-starter with a positive attitude, and possess strong communications and time management skills. This person will plan and execute on-site events, engage consumers and increase property penetration rate by driving sales of products and services, and build and maintain relationships with property managers/owners, event contacts, team members and internal staff. Backgrounds in real estate, outside sales, business-to-business sales, retail, or telecommunications are especially valuable. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. Other Functions: Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Daily access to the worldwide web with the ability to meet system requirements, printer and phone. Supervisory Responsibility: None.
