BrightSpring Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR; Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks; Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation; Assist with basic housekeeping and shopping tasks
