You will support families directly while also guiding clinicians and technicians through high-level supervision and consultation. This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who value autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful family-centered work—while remaining supported by strong leadership and infrastructure. What You’ll Do Lead complex Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide advanced clinical oversight for home and community-based programs Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization Guide teams through proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress Collaborate with schools, community providers, and interdisciplinary partners as needed Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and training initiatives In some regions, support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care Strong mentorship and development of clinical staff Positive family relationships and satisfaction Data-driven decision-making and sustainable outcomes Professional leadership, reliability, and follow-through Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Active state licensure (where applicable) Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience , with demonstrated supervisory and leadership responsibilities Extensive experience delivering home-based ABA services Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design senior home-based roles that: Elevate experienced clinicians without forcing administrative overload Balance autonomy with meaningful leadership support Invest in mentorship, training, and ethical practice Support long-term, sustainable clinical careers Not Ready to Make the Jump-but Know Someone Who Is?
