Description: This assignment requires a highly skilled and experienced surgical technologist. Candidates must have a wide breadth of experience including ortho, neuro, vascular, and more. Candidates lacking this experience will not be considered. Actual weekly hours and shifts will be agreed upon during the phone interview. Guaranteed weekly hours will be adjusted based on agreed hours. Candidates with minimal requested time off (RTO) will receive priority consideration. Surgical technologists will work 40 hours per week, either in four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, with negotiable start and end times. Approximately every fifth weekend will be a call weekend, split between call shifts. There will be 1-2 call shifts per week. The call volume may increase based on department needs and staffing changes. All call duties require a 30-minute response time from the moment of the call until arriving on site. Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the contract period, and this will depend on patient census and staffing. Candidates must disclose all requested time off during submission for it to be honored. It is essential to adhere to all provided guidelines for seamless processing.
