Public Relations Assistant

Job Description As a Public Relations Assistant , you will support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives while assisting with internal and external communications. You will collaborate with different departments to help maintain a positive brand presence, coordinate outreach efforts, and ensure messaging is consistent across various communication channels. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating public relations campaigns and communication initiatives. Draft, edit, and organize press materials and company communications. Support the planning and coordination of promotional events and community outreach activities. Maintain media contact lists and communication records. Monitor media coverage and prepare summary reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. Assist with administrative tasks related to public relations projects. Help maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Professional and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
