Job description:

TJ’s Highland Steakhouse and the Oshkosh Country Club are seeking a dynamic, results-driven   Director of Food and Beverage   to lead all service operations across our premier fine dining steakhouse and our 300-person banquet and event venue. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and driving the continued growth and reputation of our unique culinary destination in the Fox Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily operations for banquet events and steakhouse service, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the food and beverage department.

Event & Banquet Oversight

• Collaborate with sales and event planning teams to coordinate weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Guest Experience

• Foster a service-driven culture focused on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and luxury-level hospitality.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and core values.
