Senior Associate - Practice Accounting

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Associate to join a busy and well-established practice environment. This role suits someone coming from practice who enjoys client interaction, mentoring juniors, and delivering high-quality work across accounts, tax, and advisory. What you’ll do Prepare accounts for audit-exempt companies and sole traders Review work completed by junior team members Prepare and file CT, VAT, PAYE, and RCT returns Prepare management accounts for a varied client base Assist on audit and advisory assignments Support and train junior staff Build strong client relationships and identify additional service opportunities What you’ll need Qualified or part-qualified ACCA / ACA, or qualified Accounting Technician Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a general practice environment Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge Ability to manage deadlines and work on your own initiative Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach Audit experience and exposure to Bright / Xero systems an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Marsh Mackey
