Work you'll do

An Identity Graph Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level identity resolution solutions that enable a unified view of the customer across all data touchpoints. Key responsibilities include maintaining and evolving the identity graph, designing identity resolution inputs and data collection, collaborating with identity partners, and supporting traceability and data quality for identity outputs. The role requires deep expertise in identity resolution, data architecture, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will:

• Identity Graph Management: Help maintain and evolve the identity graph in collaboration with identity partners to optimize identity matching logic and resolution accuracy
• Data Collection Architecture: Design data collection strategies using tagging solutions to feed high-quality data into the identity graph
• Use Case Development: Gather and translate business use cases for the identity graph into scalable technical architectures and solutions

• Traceability: Support linking identity resolution outputs back to source data so identities and attributes can be traced to their origin
• Quality Monitoring: Help build reporting and monitoring into the identity graph to flag data anomalies, match mismatches, and oversized clusters
• Privacy and Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure identity data handling meets applicable U.S. privacy requirements
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to align on data strategy, solution design, and implementation priorities
• Documentation and Specifications: Create technical specifications to drive development of solutions and deliver documentation for stakeholder review
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, map solutions, and make recommendations
• Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer data capabilities and innovate on solutions to address evolving business needs

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, customer data platforms, or identity resolution solutions
• 3+ years of experience working with identity graph technologies or identity resolution platforms (e.g., Acxiom, LiveRamp, or similar)
• 5+ years of in-depth understanding of database platforms including relational and non-relational data engines (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and similar)
• 5+ years of experience with data processing (ETL) tools and methodologies
• 3+ years of experience designing customer-centric datasets (i.e., CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.)
• 3+ years of data modeling experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Experience and knowledge with digital marketing analytics and media operations
• Experience with marketing cloud solutions and customer data platforms
• Experience with data observability or anomaly detection tooling
• Familiarity with U.S. privacy and data protection requirements as they apply to identity data, including federal requirements for government data
• Experience in programming languages (Python, Java, or Bash scripting)

As a Senior Consultant supporting Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you will help clients design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys that power personalized engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. In this role, you will bring together journey orchestration, campaign configuration, decisioning, and platform integration to support activation across digital touchpoints. You will work across business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical, high-quality solutions that drive customer and commercial outcomes.

• Designing and configuring end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including triggers, actions, messages, offers, and journey orchestration logic
• Building rules and conditional logic to orchestrate complex, multi-step journeys based on customer attributes, behaviors, and real-time events
• Configuring AJO channel surfaces, including email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging, along with email subdomains, IP pools, and IP warming strategies
• Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), to support unified profiles, audience activation, and cross-channel measurement
• Implementing Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning capabilities, including offer collections, placements, decision scopes, and eligibility and prioritization rules, to enable contextual, real-time personalization

• 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge Network event forwarding to support AJO journey triggers
• Experience configuring external data sources, custom events, and custom actions within AJO to support complex, attribute- and behavior-driven journeys
• 5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or digital campaign management with application programming interface (API)-first configuration, Git, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks
• Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing campaign strategy, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical journey designs
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning (OD), including offer collections, placements, decision scopes, and eligibility/prioritization rules
• Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Professional credential in Journey Optimizer, Experience Platform, or a related Adobe Experience Cloud product
• Experience with emerging AJO/AEP artificial intelligence capabilities, including AJO Experimentation, CX AI/Agent Orchestrator, and AEP AI Assistant
• Experience with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Programming or scripting experience in Python, Java, SQL, or Bash
• Experience integrating marketing technology, advertising technology, and data integration tools, including Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Segment, Tealium, or custom APIs
• Experience training or leading offshore or nearshore delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a technical field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300
