WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer human resources policies and procedures, including corrective action
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team regarding the continuous recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Liaison between payroll and operations for audit needs weekly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
- A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of HR experience, or seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education
- Excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with HRIS systems
- System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems
- Kronos & WorkDay experience
- Labor Union experience is a plus
- Highly creative, motivated, and collaborative
